Volume 4 covers New Jersey Transit operations between August 1982 and August 1984 on much of the Transit system and shared trackage rights of way 

Last runs of the GG1s, including opening ceremonies, new equipment replacements, service on the corridor, coast line, ex Lackawanna, CNJ and Erie lines, brief scenes at Penn Station in Manhattan and more. 

Footage comes from the usual trio of noted cinematographers in this series.
