This series is a look at New Jersey Transit operations in the early years from the late 1970s into the mid-1980s. 

Volume 2 covers commuter service operations on CNJ, Erie Lackawanna and Penn Central lines and continuing progression to the now familiar New Jersey Transit paint scheme from March 1981 to August 1981 

A variety of push-pull diesel, RDC cars, Multiple Unit trains, and power swaps at South Amboy along with other scenes on the New York and Long Branch, now known as the Jersey Coast Line. 

This volume contains footage from cinematographers Ralph Curcio, Dan McFadden and Dave Deyo.
